Essential Oil is the “Life of the Plant”. It is what keeps the plant alive and protected from the environment i.e.: bugs, diseases, virus. The Plant is distilled and produces volatile oils then in turn helps humans with bodily issues, disease and health. What makes the essential oils different from prescription medicines?
Prescriptions started out from plants, however, the chemists have figured out a way to break up the chemistry compound of the oil and extract what they need and or want for a particular health issue. The synthetic make up of the plant is usually produced from petroleum derivative or synthetic material, which in turn causes harmful side effects for individuals using them, but processing these chemicals, also pollutes the earth, water and air. Essential Oils do not do this.
