“My family has gone to Dr. Deb for several years. I had not — not for any particular reason, I just hadn’t. When my wife asked me if I wanted to be part of Dr. Deb’s Ph.D. project on lowering cholesterol, I asked her what it would entail and told her I would think about it. The conditions of the 3 month test were straightforward: no fried foods, no alcohol, visit the office once a week for a treatment, and if you quit before the end of the three months, you would owe for the treatments you had received. While the fried foods weren’t a big deal to me, I knew giving up my wine would be challenge, but hey, it is only 3 months, right? So I agreed.

On my initial consultation I told Deb that I wasn’t really interested in the homeopathic treatment since I had tried that a year earlier with a different doctor and hadn’t seen the results I was looking for. She understood and put me in the aromatherapy group. My instructions were simple: don’t eat fried foods, don’t drink, come in once a week for 12 weeks and get therapy, and read the affirmations I was given twice a day after spraying my face twice with essential oils.

The night before the test began, I had a really big glass of red wine, and then put myself into testing mode. The first few days of not drinking were hard, but I was determined. The first treatment of chakra clearing went well; I felt strange afterwards, kind of like the morning you wake up after taking Nyquil. I was moving in slow motion. It was then that I also decided that I would work out every day of the next 3 months.

Four weeks into the test, I had a “health crisis”. I couldn’t breathe and spent two nights in a chair. I went in to Deb’s and received a treatment and also a foot bath — amazing what comes out of your feet. I felt better almost immediately after leaving. After these few days of sickness, I lost 5 pounds and even more inches. I weighed 182 pounds before getting sick and 177 after, and everyone seemed to be noticing the weight I had lost. I got through the “health crisis” without the need of any medication.

I think the biggest feeling that I had during the test was that my body, moods, overall demeanor were much more level than before. After I got sick, coffee didn’t taste good to me so I stopped drinking it and ended up not drinking any coffee for the remainder of the test. I also became very careful in what I ate; I was eating mostly fruits and vegetables during the day with a light dinner at night.
When I had my blood drawn for the conclusion of the test, I was a little down that the test couldn’t continue. The weekly clearing of my charkas were some of the best experiences I had ever had. Deb had scheduled a party for all of her test peeps three weeks after the test ended. I really thought that Deb would have called me if the results were good, so going to the party I expected that my results were not earth shattering. Well I was certainly surprised — my cholesterol went from 304 to 224. That’s right, it dropped 80 points.

Some notes from now, six months after the test: I am not drinking alcohol nor eating fried foods, I am still exercising, still using my essential oils, and still saying my affirmations. I had my cholesterol tested 3 months after the test ended and it was still 226. Now I won’t have to be on a statin for the rest of my life.

I am very thankful that I was in the right place at the right time to be selected to be one of her peeps in her Ph.D. test. This 3 month test has been a life changing event for me, and I don’t say that lightly. I look forward to continuing my treatments and being healthy for a long time to come.” – Steve Edwards
